“Husband was there several yrs ago and the care was atrocious. He had serious diarrhea and even tho I was there every day, all day, it was impossible to get staff to assist me getting him to the bathroom due to his size and mobility issues. Once in bathroom I cleaned him and the area. When finished would pull cord for help and would sit extremely long time for help. Even when I’d go to the door to …”
