“This place is absolutely disgusting. I don’t even want to give this place 1 star. Nothing is clean or sanitary there. The smell of urine and musty moldy smell the second I walked into the building gave me a headache. We walked into my grandpas room and they had 2 other patients in a tiny room. It also smelt like poop. I had to hold my nose while I went in. They let patients just sit in filth and s…”
