My LO was a champ and stuck it out through some horrible experiences because she was getting the PT she knew she needed. AC broke, wall units only and many of them don’t work. Some have…”

The office personel are equally as rude as the nursing staff, and no one takes accountability. I unfortunately made the mistake of placing a loved one there last year. She fell off the bed 4 times, no bed rails, and numerous hospital visits, until I finally had enough an…”

“I left a new tube of Fixodent for my husband and it was gone the next morning. This morning my husband called me to say, a nurse came into his room last evening and woke him him up as she was going through his night stand. He asked what she was doing and she said she was taking his cigarettes and lighter and throwing them away!”
