“I'm not sure where all these 4&5 star rating are coming I spent approximately 45 minutes in this facility as unsafe discharge as they didn't have a proper bed available as promised to Advent Health"Daytona Beach"they told me they would have someone get a bed for me the next day it was in the back of one of their closest???? I'm still washing off the stink from this facility.The air ducts are filth…”

“Nice place for rehab &nursing home services great team of employees. Clean and welcoming. They have in house dialysis. Many specialty available in house so no need to be sent out for Doctor appointment. Bilingual staff and Doctor.”
