“My dear friend has been there for about 6 months and his care has been exceptional. I have never walked in and found him stranded, in need of help, upset, or neglected in any way. He loves his nurses, therapists, caregivers, and ancillary staff. He feels cared about and safe.”

★★★★★Leann Collins · 2026-01-01 · via Google

“The drive into West Oaks was a pleasant surprise, it is tucked into some oak trees. I Visited a friend there - the place was clean, did not smell at all, did not have a nursing home or rehab vibe. The person at the front desk was helpful and friendly. The staff were all so kind and upbeat. You could feel the positive energy of the environment and staff. I would recommend this facility.”
