“No central air at all and detroit has been having extreme heat this summer. The overall aesthetic of the facility was very distasteful and there either needs to be more staff hired OR the staff hired needs extra training. Staff member had the nerve to refuse help in an emergency before discharge papers were signed which is VERY unprofessional.”

“My dad was in this center, he ended up being transferred to the hospital for a bedsore as large as a beach ball, they weren’t turning him and he to have 3 surgeries, long story short, he ended up passing away on his birthday. This place is horrible, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They have not heard the last from me.”
