“My mother has had a great experience in the past but she went back into treatment again recently for a life long illness and I feel they are very un equipped to handle her mental health and ailment. Also they seem to deliver medication late and her treatment has been very mismanaged. Some staff is great but some staff just doesn't seem to have a caring nature.”

We stood around waiting with everyone surrounding the nurses station chatting and not one person acknowledged that we needed help to be let out. There was also a shut office door and laughing at the front with no one watching to see…”

They did not change a bandage on a wound and were extremely rude when I asked them to do so & they lied on multiple occasions about giving him a shower. Prope…”
