“My mom was a resident in Westview about 10 years ago with dementia. We found all of the staff to be diligent, competent, caring and loving. My mom's face would light up with obvious love whenever she would see a staff member. She not only received the best of care, but it was tender and loving. We were there quite often so could see what happened - we were treated with the same TLC! Here it is 10 …”

“Called to schedule an appointment, the person on the phone “Deb” was very rude!!! Told me they have NO APPOINTMENTS period. I asked for anytime in the future and she told me they have nothing ( very rudely). I also asked about a wait list and again very rudely told me no! I just unbelievable!!”
