“Poor care, grandma fell and had an opened bleeding head wound. Staff didn’t call me until an hour later and was not going to send her to the hospital. By the time she reached the hospital, she was admitted for 10 days. I wouldn’t trust this place again with a hamster nonetheless a person! And this isn’t the only issue we had there within 4 months of being there.”

“This facility gave my mom the best medical care that I could have asked for. We moved my mom to a closer location for us, but two months later we were asking to come back because my mom wasn’t getting the care that she got at Kings Mountain. From the administration to the nursing, the CNA‘s the social workers I couldn’t have asked for better for my mom. Thank you Kings Mountain. WOM..”

For me the condition in which my dad entered White Oak Manor and the condition in which he left says everything. The care, nourishment, therapy, the assessment for the proper med…”
