“I was there in last September. The worst palace to be sent to. I would love to see this place shut down . Pt/ot was amazing 10-10 just a blessing. The staff is another story no one ever knew anything when asked they were all dismissive and had a chip on their shoulder! They were defensive and argumentative 100% of the time. “Staff frequently leave patients in chairs in the hallway all day and most of the night despite them crying and wanting to get into bed. Patients are told they get a shower 3 days a week, but its usually once or less a week. Instead of being assisted in the shower patients are frequently left alone in the shower in a chair and have to wait on someone to eventually return or try to get out themselve…”
