We found my mom had the same clothes on for 5 days straight, I found her in a soaked bed with nothing on but a shirt around the top of her torso. * She he had been trying to clean her bed since nobody checked in. Her call button was on the floor every time we visited because there was no place to hook it. The food was terrible and she was bo…”

“Windsor house has wonderful staff Response can be a little slow at times, but they are thorough. I would recommend them when you need a little higher level of care then assisted living is willing to do. Meals are about the same.As the assisted living, I came from heavy on the carbs and not very imaginative.”

★★★★Richard Eddings · 2025-11-14 · via Google

“I was surprised to see that everyone was so helpful and so nice and understanding I felt comfortable and was treated very well. All of the staff were cordial and understanding to the pain I was in and the help that I needed it was a good experience and I would recommend Windsor to anyone that needed help like I did”
