“I have a client of mine here right now and I am livid!!! I walked in this morning and my clients room was disgusting!!! Papers makes menus straw wrappers all over the floor!!! Got here at 8am asked for housekeeping right away. Showed up at 10am and spot swept. I went out into the hallway and told her unacceptable you can not just spot sweep! She came back in with a big swiffer didn't move the chai…”
