“Mom was brainwashed into believing she couldn't take tylenol and only narcotics! also brainwashed my mother into poor wound care procedures. Mom refused colloidal bandages (faster healing and microbial protection) and demanded scratchy gauze that sticks in the wound!! I am fully trained in wound care up to and including level 3 ulcers! Also refused her oxygen at night despite her doctor's orders!…”

“Administration horrid! Never contacted medical proxy or power of attorney with regard to ANYTHING! Pushed narcotics to make patient sleep! Made patient believe they couldn't have tylenol! Drew unnecessary labs not ordered by primary doctor. Denied oxygen despite dr orders! My mother lost years of memories!!!”
