“This place should be shutdown!!! DO NOT send your loved ones to this facility. It is poorly maintained and understaffed. Food was terrible and rehabilitation physical therapy was practically non-existent. Very surprised this place hasn't already been shuttered. There are much nicer places nearby that will actually help your person rehabilitate instead of just wasting away.”

★★★★★D D · 2025-03-16 · via Google

Medical and APRNs are qualified, intelligent and willing to go the extra mile to insure patient needs are met. And administration is always available and willing to interrupt their own work to meet wit…”

The problem at Apple as we experienced it is with the administrative infrastructure. This establishment has organizational issues that makes no sen…”
