“Both of my parents had brief stays Bay Path and all of the staff were very caring and supportive. Recently my mother had fallen at 94 and her care was very well covered from nursing care, PT, OT and the CNA’s were so caring. I would very much recommend Bay Path as a great rehab and nursing home facility. My mother was very appreciative”

“I just came home from a great experience at Bay Path Rehab for a bypass. The employees were friendly and always around. If I needed something they got it for me. The facility was very clean and up to date. Mary did a super job keeping my family up to date about me .The follow up when I left is phenomenal . They will cook what you need. The food was GOOD . The staff were all very attentive…”

★★★★Kathryn Carlson · 2026-07-15 · via Google

“Wonderful nursing staff, OT and PT staff, and very friendly maintenance and meal delivery staff. Everyone was very helpful, kind and caring. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the bathroom situation. 5 patients to 1 bathroom is ridiculous and frankly unsanitary.”
