“If I could give them Zero stars I would. Place is horrible, smells of urine, patients stacked in the hallways. Nursing staff is rude. Forges medical records, doesn't care for patients properly. My Mom went in for simple Physical Therapy and left out of there is a Hypoglycemic Coma with Brain damage. Didn't call the ambulance when her sugar was in the 40's claims they administered glucagon but …”

If you want your loved one to be around DO NOT SEND THEM HERE, they killed my dad with refusal of calling an ambulance after he contacted Covid my mom had to beg them and finally threatened them before they even called. Place is disgustingly dirty smells like pee. Went to see my dad there was 2 patients literally hanging off the beds and no one did a thin…”

I never got the phone calls from his nurse or they are never available. I feel like he’s just staying so you can …”
