“If I could give this facility a rating of zero, I would. It seems that either fake reviews were posted or there is racial bias in the treatment of patients. In February, my father was admitted for rehabilitation. At the time of admission, he had no open wounds, but after a fall in the bathroom, his condition declined. The facility is severely understaffed and overcrowded, with 12 patients per cott…”

“How can I put this. The very first time Brushy Creek it was so lovely it was the place to be. Omg. Was i wrong. And it all started over a wheelchair cushion.SHM!!! And some of the things she had made to another people. After all said and done I decided to speak to the social worker, and then she took it with her supervisor.
