“Update, I appreciate that the administration has taken our concerns seriously and we’re collaborating towards providing the right support for our father. And the staff that works directly with our father are very caring and genuinely concerned about his well being. For $880/day, we were promised full support after moving our father to CWV’s nursing center. Instead, evenings and weekends lack bas…”

The staff guided her and us through this process until the very end. 2 years ago I brought her by the integrated deli and she could not remember what she liked to eat. The 24 year old behind the counter intuited - "Mrs. M ---- wo…”

“This is a great retirement community. Sadly, the last time I visited was to attend my grandfather's memorial after he passed away. They put on such a beautiful service for him. He lived at Carleton-Williard for the last few years of his life and they always took good care of him, which was much appreciated by his family.”
