“The facility is fine. My review is about the staff. One staff member in particular. I was visiting a family member and requested to speak to the unit manager, one Lisa or Liza or something. Not only could the LNAs, who are wonderful, not find her, but when she finally showed up she was rude, unknowledgeable, didn’t even refer to my uncle by name—actually didn’t even seem to know it!—and dismissed …”
