“Absolute utter disaster they did not expect me show up on a Friday before Memorial Day weekend. Understaffed had a supervisor for every employee must be three directors for every nurse and none of the administrators. Wanted to work. Complete chaos for someone with a terminal illness like myself. I’ll never forget having to crawl into my front door. Avoid it all costs Anthem wanted me out of the ho…”

“This facility is a pain to work with. Communicating resident needs to the administrators is a black hole where requests go to die. The quality of life of my resident is sufficient, but hardly desirable. The Nurses & CNAs are great people, but are too busy to provide adequate responses to call lights and the laundry service here is unable to keep up with the expectations they set. Would love to see…”
