“⭐ 1 STAR — I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NURSING HOME!🚨🛑 Starting with the administration, my experience has been extremely unprofessional. Sherell Hogan has been very rude and, instead of providing real solutions, I constantly feel like I’m being told what I need to do regarding my own loved one. Every time I come with a concern, there is always an excuse as to why something happened, but never a re…”

“The staff at Collierville Nursing and Rehab is and has been fantastic for my 95 year old father. They keep me posted on a regular basis with regard to his care, too, and that’s very comforting. I live close and am there almost everyday and they STILL call me with updates. To me, that’s impressive. It’s one thing to be nice and friendly but it’s another thing to provide quality care. They provide b…”

“I done a tour of the rooms and this is what I saw so the reviews can’t be right. I walked through it was clean. The residents were listening to music and doing activities. It was a family like environment. I was impressed because I don’t like Nursing Homes but what I read on the reviews and what I saw is not the same this is not a 1 star facility”
