“I was there to visit someone. The place looks clean, and well-managed. The staff was professional, and helpful. They were very respectful when dealing with the patient. My only concern was the elevator on the left. I pressed 3 (the floor I was going to) but it took quite a bit of time and did not stop on 3; nerve-wracking. I went back to the lobby, and took the other elevator.”
