“My father has had all of his clothing stolen. He's been stuck in his own feces and left alone . He's supposed to have physical therapy which he doesn't get and I show up twice a week and he's in his own filth. This has been ongoing the entire time he's been in this horrid nursing home. It stops now.”

“its a little older building, but very nice people and great service. helped with the passing of my uncle. i don't like hospice or the idea of it, i like hands on care (active life saving) but it wasn't my call (his direct familys call),but Florence home did thier best and went above and beyond to make everyone confortable. “When I went to visit my uncle John here he was quite happy and in great condition. The place was clean and we'll kept, the staff there had even set a time to get take out for all the people there, for the time i was there they were very prompt on getting his diapers changed when he needed it, what a great place.Keep up the great work y'all!”
