“To anyone who loves their loved ones DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. Staff are lazy and only there for a paycheck. Care given to patients is unacceptable . I witnessed one patient letting himself out the front doors in his wheelchair and staff was unaware until my daughter let them. Another patient was screaming for food. Makes no sense that this place is still open! They over medicated my loved one.…”

“I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before placing a loved one at Heritage at Brandon’s Place. I was told they could provide physical therapy for my mom, but the entire time she was there, she never saw anyone for therapy—not once. That alone felt completely dishonest. Communication was another major issue. I made numerous calls and left messages trying to reach the administrator and soc…”

“Terrible food always cold. The nurses are very hard to get along with. The staff that ran the place they seem to be okay. There's one or two that is top notch. Other than that there's no more. I would never give this place more than two stars. I would strongly suggest you shop around. I've been here 7 months and nothing has improved.”
