Our loved one was cared for and never had any issues with this facility. I was going to give a 4 star but could not get past how good these people were to us and for that they get 5.”

★★★★★Jenny Foster · 2026-06-26 · via Google

“My grandfather came here for rehab. It was a difficult time for our family. The staff at High Shoals were warm and welcoming. The facility was clean and the floors were shiny. I highly recommend this facility.”
