“I recently spent three weeks at University Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after a knee surgery, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've had in a medical facility. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me like family, always kind, patient, and genuinely caring. My physical therapist tailored exercises to my pace, and the nurses made sure I was comfortable and pain-f…”

“ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. This facility and staff should be ashamed of themselves. My mom was transferred here for Physical Therapy after being in the hospital for 3 months and needing help to walk again. She was at this facility for about 9 days and had about 60 minutes of PT the entire time she was there (15 minutes during the week), which is absolutely ridiculous. My mom sat in a diaper that she had…”

You can never get a clear answer and when you do they are experts at giving you the runaround. The conditions that these poor patients have to go though are atrocious!!! The smell as you walk down the halls will put you to you…”
