“My little sis is a resident at Lake Park Residential since December 2019. She has debilatating health issues & needs assisted living. There are 150 residents with a full-time nursing staff. I have seen & been in worse places.”

“I have to say it is the worst facility how they treat people on the phone I can only imagine what happens behind closed doors I just can't in the inside I think code enforcement needs to be there, I think the health department they need to be inspected I don't I've been told stuff by HIPAA law that I should have never been told one my family member was there that place is needs to be shut down.
