“I have never been here BUT You guys have got to get a hold of your clients. If they are considered "mentally ill" they should not be allowed out of the facility without a worker with them. They are walking up and down the street, standing outside stores, drinking some sort of liquor and asking people for money CONSTANTLY! Then if you tell them no you don't have any $$ they instantly get angry and…”
