“Do not take your loved ones here. When I arrived, I found my mother sitting in her own feces. She is bed-bound and unable to get up on her own. I notified the staff, and the CNAs on duty were extremely rude and unprofessional. What’s even worse is that the DON clearly does not care. Families are paying for proper care, and there is absolutely no excuse for residents to be left in this condition. T…”

“Worse place. Do not send your parents here. They first never answer the phones ever. They will say to call but nobody answers. They like to hold your parents here to gain funds through Medicare but have no clue to update families. When instructed to do something they dump your parent off and the nearest hospital without instructions like Tuesdays Trash. I would never ever send my parent here. One …”

“First off, the building is beautiful. Modern and very clean. Stephanie Martinez is great to work with to address all needs. Staff work hard to make your stay feel like home away from home. Plenty of parking. I would highly recommend Le Reve to anyone looking for skilled nursing or long term care.”
