“Why would a therapist tell a patient they are ready to go home because you're making progress when........the patient recently had MAJOR surgery and not even in the facility for the 1st 100 days. Not cool. Poor judgement call. If I knew than what you did to my aunty I would've filed a claim to stop your facility from discharging her.”
