“The staff are amazing but the 3.9 rate listing is not accurate at all. I was there a week and I saw mice in my room. Staff was indifferent, bugs in bathroom and worst of all, a patient had bed bugs. They took him to common shower to wash the bugs off of him. They had to spray his room and next day they had to spray the day room. Some nurses were giving patients option of shower or bed bath depend…”

“If you want your family member to die quickly send them to Mifflin!!! My family member went there for Rehab and was dead within 9 months. They said he was mentally incompetent but he wasn't mentally incompetent enough to sign a check that's all They cared about was getting his money. They were so happy that he was self-pay.
