“Some of the staff cares and others don't. You have certain night staff members that refuse to take residents to the bathroom because they're too hard. Staff coming up with repulsive nicknames for residents, talking about residents behind their backs and calling them names. Keep your loved ones at home and hire respectful CNAs to take care of them.
