“The people that work there is really rude the nurses & smells very bad in the rooms have stains on the carpets like pee smell need new carpet stinks really bad never seen nurses so rude to there patients.”

He was locked up in a ward where he didn't belong and because he had had a stroke and was relearning to talk they just ignored him when he couldn't get the words out he needed. “Our son has been a resident here for nearly 4 yrs. At first we were really upset as it seemed he was not getting the care he needed. He had a massive hem stroke nearly 4 yrs ago so is basically helpless and can't talk. You must advocate for your loved one until you get results. His care has been very good.
