“The facility is clean, rooms are nicely sized, and there is little odor compared to other facilities. Most of the nurses/CNAs are attentive and equipped for the job, especially Elizabeth. She goes out of her way to make sure the resident is tucked in comfortably, fed, changed, etc. The only complains are the call light and the fact that they also lost the residents clothes on various occasions.
