“I honestly have nothing bad to say. This is probably the cleanest rehab and nursing facility I've ever been in. The staff are consistently welcoming, kind, and pleasant. What stands out most is that so many of the nurses, hospitality staff, and directors know my grandmother by name. That personal touch means so much to our family. It gives us real peace of mind knowing she's being cared for with …”

“When my grandmother became a resident at Palm Garden of Aventura, our family hoped she would receive excellent care—but what we found was so much more than that. We found a place that truly feels like a second home. From the moment you walk through the doors, you're greeted by warm smiles and a staff that genuinely cares. Every interaction makes you feel welcome, whether you're visiting for a few…”

“The young lady who was at the front desk on Sunday afternoon was extremely pleasant. Definitely has the right attitude for customer service. The facility looked clean but it reeked of the smell of urine. They should do a better job of cleaning the patients' rooms. In addition, the rooms are very small, much too small to be shared, especially for a long period of time”
