“Receptionist is diligent, case managers are dodgy. Place is overcrowded and extremely lacking in essentials such as walking aids like canes, walkers wheelchairs... My mother was a fall risk so I asked if we coukd get a vedside potty chair or bedpan but was denied bc she hadn't had an "assessment" not even lowest standard diaper or pee mat could be accommodated .
