“Care was excellent! The CNA’s were friendly and attentive, the nursing staff efficient and explained things in a way my mom could understand. The therapy team was encouraging and worked with my mom in obtaining her goal of returning home safely. The food was great! The selection better than anticipating for a rehab center. The staff made accommodations for my mom’s particular needs. Also I appre…”

“Knee surgery My my mom's room, #109! She made a special, new friend during the 2 1/2 week stay at Pinnacle Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was given the best roommate she could have asked for! We all enjoyed each other's company. My mother and her roommate got along so well together and enjoyed eating, talking, and watching TV.”

“This review is only for the admissions.department, I called over two weeks ago about some questions and never received a call back. I have tried calling again today and left message as they don't pick up and still no call. I do know the rest of the facility is not like the admissions department. Admissions needs some extreme attention.”
