“This place I would not take no human or animal to this facility. My ex husband was abused ( I feel ). He was only there a few days. In that time he had no shower. Had eaten very little. Because he had a feeding tube. The hole was cut to large for the tube. The doctor would not close it up , so when he fed it leaked and made a great big mess. He was on fall alert. And managed to fall twice I'm for…”

“My mother was a resident here for 3 months and I'm gonna be brutally honest here they're negligence almost killed her. She was sent there after her fall back in September and she ended up leaving there with 4 different infections and unconscious in a coma for 3 days it was a miracle that she pulled through. Would not recommend them EVER!”

I came to facility and rang doorbell no on never came to door to let me in. My loved one lost all their belongings due to bed bugs there and the unprofessional administrator Teresa Belt refused to replace the belongings. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I call…”
