“My father in-law was sent here and The conditions were terrible. The building is filthy and so are alot of the patients. The food was sub-par and often only half of his meal would show up, or his dietary restrictions would be completely ignored. It took them hours to empty bed pans and they would not allow him to attempt to use the bathroom in his room. The social worker at the facility was alwa…”
