“Horrible experience in my brother's hospice care. Several incidents ranging from nurses not reading charts, not following medical recommendations from hospice nurses, neglect ranging from fall to leaving him covered in feces. , no compassion even at time of death. Waiting up to 39 minutes for medicine. Leaving his orders as PRN, as needed, despite the fact that he could not physically ring a buzze…”

“I see that all the five star reviews are from 5-6 years ago. Not surprising. This place is absolutely horrific. My mother was a resident here for 2.5 months before she passed away in December 2022. Don't ever place your loved one here (if you can help it). I unfortunately had no choice and it haunts me every day. The "health care" staff and administration are completely worthless/useless. Not to m…”

This infection caused by their poor care and neglect is 100% a contributor to her death. Do NOT send your …”
