“My mom was taken care of and she loved her physical therapy sessions. The staff were friendly and super helpful. I am so thankful that she was being taken care of so well. She has dementia and at a previous facility she stayed at (not affiliated with South Orange), they didn't even know where she was when I visited her. No problem like that at South Orange. I wouldn't mind staying there and that s…”

“My mother was staying there for weeks and they were always shortstaffed. They were getting ice from a cooler instead of a machine for the patients. There was a couple of times my mom went on herself and called to get changed and no one would come right away. Some of the staff members were really nice, but that doesn’t make up for the care received at that facility. She has end stage renal failure,…”

“Although and older facility the care is great. Nice size therapy gym, leadership addresses any concerns. The Director of Nursing is very helpful and you see her often rounding with the staff and residents. They have an open door policy always willing to help. Great please to recover for short-term Therapy or even if you need long-term care!”
