“I can’t speak on any floor except third. My dad was here for a year, and he was ok as long as he could still manage himself. When he clearly needed more attention for his condition, this place failed and couldn’t do basic things such as pay attention. Care meetings were useless and this place is not for anyone who has moderate/advanced dementia and who still have energy. I was told he walked out …”

“They neglect the patients. they leave them laying in their own feces and urine, refusing to change them making excuses on why they won’t care for them. My brother had maggots growing out of his feet and toenails neglect of changing his wound-bandages.”

★★★★★CHASITY GRAY · 2026-03-21 · via Google

“The staff at Suburban Healthcare are the most caring and compassionate team I have had the pleasure of meeting! The DON is absolutely amazing, the floor staff are very welcoming, I could not think of anyone else who I would trust to over see the care of my loved one!”
