“Beware do not be fooled by the fancy exterior and the upgraded interior. If only what was inside with the employees, it would be fantastic, but that’s not the case your turnover and employees will make your heads then as to day-to-day who’s going to be taking care of you if you’re looking for an all-around good place unless you just want the amenities of the building this is not a good place to go…”

“My grandmother stayed here after a shoulder replacement surgery. They did not input her care plan into the system and she experienced a delay in her recovery because they did not follow the care plan. Due to the lack of care required to recover from her surgery, she required oxygen, which incurred additional expense as a private pay patient. This was not discussed with the family.
