“I went to visit my brother and from his fairly dim room I noticed an interaction with a patient and nurse in the hallway. I don't know who this nurse was but she was so kind and gentle this patient was a little upset and she just smiled and dealt with him beautifully. I was so impressed. God bless her. It's what you do when you think no one is watching that defines the person you truly are.”
