“My dad was there(in a walker with some vascular dementia, which they knew about when he was moved there apparently taking him in for the money bc the place is not safe for this type of patient) and they let him wander off the grounds then fell and hit his head. A person (not from the facility) found him unconscious and called 911 He was taken to hospital with a brain bleed among other injuries. …”

“I TALKED too a very aggressive ( unprofesnal guy named Calven, and was lied too and SCREAMED at during an emergency!) The most insincere guy i ever delt with as I was SCREAMED AT that my mother in law was by herself. SHE WASN'T!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNTIL HE IS FIRED or someone with manners protecting a mule!!!”
