“I have tried on multiple occasions to contact this place to check on my husband he is a patient there and all I get is an answering machine. I leave a message and no one ever calls back. I've called from the front desk to the executive and no calls back. I will call state and see if they can check on him for me, as I am in another state. I will call state on Monday morning bright and early”

There is a lot of talking, shouting, laugh…”
