“I call my family member there all the time and I get the run around. They say they will have them call back but that never happens. The phone rings and rings and when someone does pick up they transfer you to a recording where the mail box is full and can no longer take messages. My last visit there I found sores and scabs on their legs where they had fell and been scab. They looked infected. Urin…”
