“The PT folks were awesome. Jose, Julio, Jesse, Patrick, Darnell, Alex, Gabby, Maria, etc. All were very friendly and called me by name. Jise and Julio worked with me the most. San Juana and Diana were very friendly and helpful with in-room needs. The food left a lot to be desired. Too much of the same thing every day. Had to supplement with food brought in by my husband.”

“My husband and I were blessed with the Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. My husband received excellent care from all the team starting with the nurses (Chris) therapists, physical therapy and all of the staff treated my husband Ray with compassion, and respect. Everyday asking him how he felt and meeting all his needs. I will always be grateful with Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Cent…”

★Dina Crow · 2026-07-31 · via Google

“Nursing, food services and therapy were amazing. Discharge was nightmare they didn’t even wait for me or call me. Wanted to discharge on a Sunday and for me to private pay. Business lady is extremely rude and only cares about money. Social services is amazing. Would not send my loved one there seems that the key thing with this place is that they get paid.”
