“This place has done nothing but lie about everything when it comes to my Dad's care. I would take him out of there if I could, but they know that I can't, so they continue to do what they are doing, which is keep him drugged up on medications that he should not be on. These medications are robbing my Dad, who is a Veteran, of his memory, his personality, and his ability to communicate his wants a…”

“This place is putting folks in there that have loving ppl at home and place of there own just to gain benefit. Never thought I'd see the day a elderly woman stand up against being taken advantage from her family and because she has dementia they put her away when a loyal and trusted friend was right there the whole time begging for guardianship. If you have a elderly person you love and take care …”

“They let my mother fall and break her hip. They were always away from the nurse's station. Stole her clothes. Let her bottom get extremely raw because she'd lay in her wet or soil diaper. Poor excuses. But none of these faculties are good. Wouldn't feed her and she can't see to feed herself. There are no excuses for lazy non caring aids that work here.”
