Seems to be short handed often, especially weekends, and a few nurses have rude, but most of the staff are very nice and easy to work with. DON and ADON are responsive to concerns and work hard to keep residents happy and safe. Plenty of activities”

“In 2018 our Mother was in 2 nursing homes. The family was not impressed for multiple reasons. Mom said: if I'm going to die-take me home, so we did. This is the 3rd nursing home since 2023 that our brother has been placed in. NOT being an advocate for nursing homes-we agree, RRV is very nice by comparison. It's very clean, staff is positive, friendly & they are very watchful over our brother. …”

“Negative stars. Please do not allow your loved ones to live here. The facility is severely understaffed and residents are not receiving proper care. If your loved one resides at the facility, check on them. The place has gone downhill under new management.”
